Change Groups consist of 5 people who are ready to work on recovery in a safe and healing environment. They are gender specific and are led by a trained facilitator. 

Change Groups take about 20 sessions to complete. The Change Group books are broken in to 10 sessions each. Some groups take a short break between while others may opt to keep going. 

In person Change Groups usually consist of members at a church or organization. Our online Change Group members come from all over. You'll meet others around the world who are facing the same struggles that you are.
