Requirements and Agreement:

I affirm that I have worked with clients in the Genesis Relapse Prevention workbook for at least 6 months.  I understand that this course will take a minimum of 6 months to complete, and that the maximum time allowed will be 15 months.  I agree to meet the following course requirements:

1. Pass the Genesis Coach Post Test. 

2. Receive a passing grade for 2 Case Studies of clients you have taken through the relapse prevention workbook. At least 1 must be for drugs or alcohol.   

3. Be part of the online Genesis Community group and attend a minimum of 6 virtual Monthly Mentoring Meetups. 

4. Complete the 5-day training classes and assignments. (Dates TBD)

5. Submit a brief book report Read one of the books from the suggested reading in the Genesis Training Manual that includes:  Why did you choose this one?  What did you learn that will be helpful for your practice?  How do you plan to implement it?

6. Create 1 in-house training of a Genesis coaching skill or worksheet.

7. Create 1 Bible teaching that uses Genesis concepts.

8. Submit a brief paper on what grace-based treatment means to you, and how you will practice it.
